JOB DESCRIPTION
Search for and select potential clients in the fields of real estate leasing and investment;
Provide consulting services, take care of clients, and accompany them on project site visits (land plots and residential rentals);
Facilitate brokerage activities and coordinate with relevant departments in monitoring, negotiating, and organizing contract signings;
Develop a client network and database, and report to superiors upon request;
Conduct market and competitor surveys to stay updated with industry knowledge;
Prepare periodic reports in accordance with company regulations;
